Flancy was inspired by a quilting retreat in a cozy Indiana cottage, where laughter echoed through the sewing room, friendships grew stronger with every stitch, and unforgettable memories were made around the quilting table. Dedicated to some of the incredible women who have shaped my quilting journey—Barb, Mama J, and Maria—this design celebrates the people who remind us that quilting is as much about community as it is about creativity.
At the heart of the quilt, four striking compass-inspired stars come together to create a dramatic focal point, while framed corner blocks and soft, neutral piecing add warmth, balance, and timeless elegance.
